The Recruitment Process

The interviews include practical tasks using case study examples, which allow candidates to demonstrate their analytic and problem-solving skills, as well as their understanding of business principles. We recommend that interested candidates practice problem solving using case studies, before sending in their applications.

The practical test (using Excel spreadsheets) is intended to assess candidates’ ability to research and analyze a dataset, using mathematical equations, pivot tables, and other relevant methods.

We employ a complex screening process: From a pool of hundreds of applicants, only about a dozen candidates are selected for an initial interview; fewer still are invited for follow-up interviews and the practical test.
